Flag Luxury served as fee developer for an entertainment billionaire to create this 286-acre resort on the southern tip of Anguilla – now one of the Caribbean’s most exclusive golf and luxury residential destinations. Flag Luxury hired golf-legend Greg Norman to design the island’s first and only 18-hole signature championship golf course to compliment the development’s 16 oceanfront estates, and a yet-to-be-realized 97-room hotel and spa.
