Flag Luxury served as a fee developer for Sydney Kimmel to restore this historic Wall Street landmark for $125 million in 1998 after envisioning its true potential as the first 5-star luxury hotel in the Financial District. Originally designed by Isaiah Rogers in the Greek revival style and completed in 1842, Flag Luxury oversaw the rigorous gut restoration to create 144 rooms and suites, unrivaled in their day. This beautiful building is now home to Cipriani Wall Street and a range of exquisite condominium residences.
