Flag Luxury Group recently acquired a 5-acre parcel on the Las Vegas boulevard located immediately South of the Fontainebleau Hotel & Resort and in front of the newly expanded Las Vegas Convention Center. The Property is located on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Elvis Presley Drive, with approximately 700 linear feet of frontage along the boulevard. Flag has recently received approval to develop an approximately 300,000 square foot retail and entertainment complex and a 350,000 square foot residential tower. Flag plans to create the first large-scale entertainment destination on the Las Vegas strip which will include several of the most successful country music entertainers and other world class lifestyle entertainment brands.
