Hawaiian Marketplace, Las Vegas
Flag Luxury was among the first development companies to predict the evolution of Las Vegas from a pure gambling center into a more diversified tourist and entertainment destination. Capitalizing on this shifting market, Flag Luxury created the first entertainment retail center on the Las Vegas Strip. The Hawaiian marketplace was developed on an 8-acre parcel directly across from the MGM CityCenter project. The 80,000 square foot complex includes retail, dining and outdoor performance space and continues to draw tens of thousands of tourists each month.
