Flag Luxury Group acquired and redeveloped the site at 1185 Broadway in the heart of Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood. Located at 1185 Broadway at 28th Street, the hotel features 250 hotel rooms and 16 branded residences designed by award winning architect Rafael Viñoly. Over 500 feet high, the tower offers guests and residents striking views of the Empire State Building and downtown Manhattan.
The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad includes the two signature restaurants of Michelin Star Chef Jose Andres, Zaytinya and Bazaar, the Ritz-Carlton renowned Club Lounge, a signature Ritz-Carlton Spa and fitness center, Nubeluz, a 550-foot high rooftop bar by Jose Andres, and a large public garden and open terraces. Two ballrooms plus a 3,000-square-foot outdoor terrace offers groups attractive settings for corporate and social gatherings. The hotel was recently completed and opened in July 2022.
