The Sagamore Hotel, South Beach

Flag Luxury acquired this iconic property in 2020. Known as Miami’s original “Art Hotel”, the Sagamore has been a beloved oceanfront destination 1948. At the crossroads of Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue, this boutique hotel offers 101 rooms, two-story bungalows and spacious oceanfront penthouses. The Sagamore will soon be restored and transformed into a Ritz-Carlton Suite wing as a part of The Ritz-Carton South Beach.

In addition, a separate Ritz-branded residential tower will replace the cabana building on the current site. It will contain 30 ultra-luxury condominiums with exclusive services and amenities envisioned by Interior Designer, Studio Munge and Architect, Kobi Karp.
