The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour, Miami
Flag Luxury acquired this well-established, but struggling, 5-star luxury boutique condominium-hotel in 2014 after being drawn by its ideal oceanfront location at the tip of upscale Bal Harbour Island. Flag Luxury brought Ritz-Carlton into the project in the fall of 2014 and was able to capitalize on management synergies with its other local property, the Ritz-Carlton South Beach. Flag Luxury has completed the project’s renovation which includes guestrooms, restaurant, spa & fitness areas, hotel façade and front entrance way.
